I have a broken TV/monitor screen can you give me a price for repair?

The price of a repair will come to at least 80% of your purchase price, so probably not economical to repair.

If you happen to have home/contents accidental insurance we can assist with a virtual report, as this is normally asked for by the insurer. Please send an email to service@impulseav.com.au with the subject line “insurance assessment report” and we will respond with a required information email.

I have an issue with my audio equipment

We can assist you if you bring it to our workshop at 4/42 McArthurs Road, Altona North, Vic 3025, open Mon-Fri 8-5pm & Sat 9-1pm.

Our assessment fee is $117 for equipment less than 15 years old, and $170 if older than 15 years. This will be payable at the time of your visit, and if the fault is minor this will cover the cost. Otherwise, we will inform you of a repair price.

I have an LG Vacuum or Microwave requiring repair

We can assist you if you bring it to our workshop at 4/42 McArthurs Road, Altona North, Vic 3025, open Mon-Fri 8-5pm & Sat 9-1pm.

Our assessment fee is $75 if out of warranty. If in-warranty (less than 2 years) please bring copy of your purchase receipt.

I have a TV/monitor requiring repair (excluding broken screens)

We can assist you if you bring it to our workshop at 4/42 McArthurs Road, Altona North, Vic 3025, open Mon-Fri 8-5pm & Sat 9-1pm.

Our assessment fee is $117 and is payable at the time of your visit, and if the fault is minor this will cover the cost. Otherwise, we will inform you of a repair price. If you prefer us to visit your home, our assessment fee is $190. Please send us your full address and we will contact you to arrange a suitable visit date.
